Belinda Fellowes


DO (Hons) UK MOCNZ, OCNZ & ACC Registered

A graduate chemist, Belinda trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London graduating with Honours in 1986. Before emigrating to New Zealand she worked throughout the UK and taught as a graduate tutor at the British School of Osteopathy.

Coming from an extensive gymnastic background, she is particularly interested in young athletes, their training and development alongside all aspects of general Osteopathic treatment.

She prescribes patient specific rehab programmes including pilates based exercises and is a prescribing orthotic practitioner using GaitScan technology for those patients requiring corrective measures.

Having cared for Aucklanders of all ages since 1991 she continues to practice alongside Deborah White in Mt. Albert.

Deborah White


Deborah (Debs) White has recently returned from the UK after being away from Auckland for fifteen years.

Debs spent time studying in the UK at the College of Osteopaths (COET) and qualified as an Osteopath with BSc (Hons) in 2009. She has attended the Sutherland Cranial College and loves to treat babies, small children and adults with Cranial Osteopathy.

Debs worked in Belfast, Northern Ireland for the past three years practicing both structural and cranial osteopathy in her own private practice.

Monique Napier

Monique enjoys treating a variety of conditions with clients of all ages and stages of injury. She discovered osteopathy after seeing the benefits of osteopathy in the life of her family members.

Monique finished her training at Unitec in 2012 and has since worked at several clinics around Auckland. Monique’s Master of Osteopathy research investigated the effects of osteopathic treatment on chronic neck pain. Her interest in neck and shoulder problems followed her into her professional practice.

Monique has commenced a comprehensive training programme in pilates. She uses this to prescribe rehabilitative exercises that continue to benefit clients long after they have left the clinic.

Jay Hall


BAppSci (HB) MOst & ACC Registered

Passionate about enabling people to return back to health. Jay aims to empower people to manage their health, as well as providing them with the tools to remain functional and pain-free. Jay takes an evidence based, structural approach to Osteopathy. He utilises modern screening tools such as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and modern soft tissue techniques such as Instrament Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) as part of his treatment.

With an extensive basketball background, he has a strong interest in sports performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Jay developed an original manual therapy protocol for vertical jump performance as part of his thesis. His study was the first of its kind and demonstrated increased vertical jump performance in professional basketball players.

Thalia Green

Thalia became passionate about osteopathy from a young age. She began seeing osteopaths as a baby and continued to be treated by them throughout her life for various sporting injuries including horseriding, sailing and netball. The treatment she received had highly positive effects on her well-being and her interest in pursuing osteopathy as a career grew from there.

She enjoys treating patients of all ages with a range of ailments, and has a particular interest in sports injuries and performance. As part of her Masters programme, she carried out a thesis looking at the effects that osteopathy can have on the jumping ability of female overhead athletes.

Thalia also has had experience working with and treating the Warriors Rugby League team over the last season.

Adele Myles


Calmly keeping us all up-to-date with our appointment schedules is Adele, our Practice Manager. Adele worked at another Osteopath clinic for 3 years before joining the team at SoreBods in May 2011.

Before this she was Office Manager for a small tourism company where she may have developed her ongoing passion for travel.
