A graduate chemist, Belinda trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London graduating with Honours in 1986. Before emigrating to New Zealand she worked throughout the UK and taught as a graduate tutor at the British School of Osteopathy.

Coming from an extensive gymnastic background, she is particularly interested in young athletes, their training and development alongside all aspects of general Osteopathic treatment.

Having cared for Aucklanders of all ages since 1991 she continues to practice alongside Deborah White in Mt. Albert.

Deborah White

Deborah (Debs) White has recently returned from the UK after being away from Auckland for fifteen years.

Debs spent time studying in the UK at the College of Osteopaths (COET) and qualified as an Osteopath with BSc (Hons) in 2009. She has attended the Sutherland Cranial College and loves to treat babies, small children and adults with Cranial Osteopathy.

Debs worked in Belfast, Northern Ireland for the past three years practicing both structural and cranial osteopathy in her own private practice.

Monique Napier

    • Master of Osteopathy
    • Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Biology)
    • Registered OCNZ & ACC provider

Monique enjoys treating a variety of conditions with clients of all ages and stages of injury. She discovered osteopathy after seeing the benefits of osteopathy in the life of her family members.

Monique finished her training at Unitec in 2012 and has since worked at several clinics around Auckland. Monique’s Master of Osteopathy research investigated the effects of osteopathic treatment on chronic neck pain. Her interest in neck and shoulder problems followed her into her professional practice.

Monique has commenced a comprehensive training programme in pilates. She uses this to prescribe rehabilitative exercises that continue to benefit clients long after they have left the clinic.

Fraser Roberts

Fraser has been treated by osteopaths since a young age, and has seen the various benefits of osteopathic treatment throughout a range of sporting injuries. Seeing these changes that osteopathy made in his life pushed him towards a career in osteopathy, striving to achieve optimum health alongside those around him.

A multi-sport athlete (primarily squash, football, lacrosse, and trampolining), Fraser has vested interest in both injury prevention and rehabilitation. He also has a keen interest in sleep and its relationship with pain and other common health problems after completing research that highlighted the need for good sleep as a major health target.
